Online registration closes Friday, September 18, 2026.

Onsite registration will be available at the Westin Montreal and the Palais des congrès from Sunday, September 20, 2026 through Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

For last-minute hotel room reservations, rooms may be arranged directly with the Westin or nearby hotels, subject to availability.

Additional participants may be added during your event registration or they may register separately. All attendees must be registered to access the event.

Yes. Pre-registration for conference sessions, meeting sessions, and activities is strongly encouraged so we can plan room capacity and food requirements.

If your plans change, please update your registration accordingly.

To receive the Cantrex group rate, reservations must be made through the official booking link provided when submitting your event registration.

When booking by phone, identify yourself as a Cantrex Nationwide group attendee to receive the special rate.

Booking deadline for group rate and availability: Monday, August 31, 2026.

Traditional Room: $329 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees.

Current taxes: 3.5% Occupancy Tax, 5% GST, 9.975% PST.

Rate valid for stays from Saturday, September 19 through Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 12:00 PM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Additional fees may apply.

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty until 4:00 p.m. hotel local time, three days prior to arrival.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a one-night room and tax charge.

Guests are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations if plans change.

Guests departing earlier than their confirmed departure date may incur an early departure fee. Any changes should be made at or before check-in.

At the hotel’s discretion, subject to availability, the group rate may be offered up to three nights before and after the official event dates.

Valet indoor parking at the Westin: $48/day + taxes (overnight).

Parking is first-come, first-served and subject to availability. Additional indoor parking is available at the Palais des congrès across the street.
